Step 1 — Sign Up / Log In
If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign Up" to create one. If you already have an account, you can log in using one of the following three methods:
- Phone Number (OTP) — Enter your phone number (+66), click "Send OTP", then enter the OTP received via SMS. (No password required.)
- Email — Enter your registered email address and password, then click "Log In."
- Google — Click "Continue with Google" and select the Google account you want to use.
Step 2 — Select Products
Browse the products you want, add them to your shopping cart, and adjust the quantity or product options as needed.
Step 3 — Review Your Shopping Cart
Review your selected items, quantities, and total amount before proceeding to checkout.
Step 4 — Enter Shipping Information
Provide the recipient's name, shipping address, and contact phone number.
If you require a Tax Invoice, please provide the following additional information:
- Company name or individual name
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Tax invoice address
Step 5 — Choose a Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method, such as:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
- QR Code
If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Discount Code" field before making payment so the system can calculate the final price correctly before confirmation.
Step 6 — Confirm Your Order
Review all order details carefully, then click "Confirm Order."
A confirmation notification will be sent to your registered SMS or email.
Step 7 — Track Your Order Status
Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to track your order and delivery status in real time.
